Fifth International Pavement Maintenance Forum is jointly sponsored by the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation, Engineering Branch of the Institution of Highways and roads, the U.S. National Highway Protection Center, the International Slurry Overlay Association and the United States Asphalt Recycling Association. The meeting will be held from 1 to 3 December 2011 was held in Xiamen.
